So I got this basic recipe from my moms betty crocker cook book that she got from her wedding and altered it to be a little more healthy...
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
good size pinch sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Mix it all together till it doesn't stick to the sides, knead about 10 times and cut it in half. roll it out really thin and pick it up by your roller, place on your pan and put on whatever topping you want. cook for about 20-25 minutes and whala, great pizza
I used for my toppings
1 large spoon of Prego tomato sauce, which covered half the dough
1 large spoon of dried tomato Alfredo sauce to cover the other side
a mediocre amount of mozzarella cheese covering the sauce
chicken salad
- 2 cans of tuna, (albacore)
- enough mayo to taste (which means how much you like with your tuna sandwich)
and spread that over them
